Fursio is a vehicle-opportunity research, comparison, verification-preparation and planning tool. It is not the seller, buyer, auctioneer, transport carrier, customs broker, tax adviser, insurer, vehicle-history authority or payment provider for third-party transactions.
Listings and seller information may come from third-party marketplaces or approved feeds. Availability, completeness and accuracy can change. The original source should be checked before acting, and the source platform’s own terms continue to apply.
Opportunity scores, peer comparisons, estimated resale values, margins and rankings are research signals, not guarantees of profit, market value, eligibility, vehicle condition or transaction success. Missing inputs remain unknown or pending rather than verified.
VAT/tax classifications and import-eligibility screens are informational screening tools. Users must verify the exact invoice, buyer/seller status, route, vehicle category, official rules, taxes, customs, registration, homologation and documents with competent authorities or qualified professionals before relying on them.
Planning ranges are not carrier offers. VIN, recall, theft, accident and history status stays unknown unless supported by evidence or an approved connected provider. Fursio does not infer that a vehicle is clean, stolen, accident-free or recall-free from missing data.
The launch model provides a three-day trial without a payment card, followed by an optional Fursio Plus subscription at €19.90 per month. Live charging is enabled through Mollie Hosted Checkout. No charge occurs during the trial; the user must explicitly start the paid subscription in Mollie Checkout. Monthly renewal begins only after the first successful payment establishes the recurring mandate, and future renewals can be cancelled from Mon Fursio while already-paid access remains available until its paid-through date.
Users are responsible for lawful use, protecting account access, verifying vehicles and counterparties, complying with source-platform rules, and making independent commercial, legal and financial decisions. Do not use Fursio to bypass access controls, scrape sources without permission, misrepresent listings or infringe third-party rights.
Notes, saved scenarios, contract templates and checklists are working tools. Blank templates are not jurisdiction-specific legal forms and must be reviewed for the actual transaction before signature, filing or use with an authority.
Features, sources, providers and supported routes may change. Fursio may suspend or limit features for security, maintenance, source-access or legal reasons. Production changes that materially affect paid users should be communicated appropriately.
